Fla. law changes encourage more online-learning options:

Changes in Florida law will encourage more students to take advantage of online-learning options this fall. Among the changes, some K-12 students no longer will be required to complete one year of public school before enrolling in full-time virtual schools, and students entering ninth grade this fall will be required to complete one online class to graduate from high school.
