Employer mandate delay will likely stall congressional action

The Obama administration's decision to delay enforcement of the Affordable Care Act's employer mandate until 2015 has allowed Congress to place the law on the back burner, which concerns employers and industry groups about other issues with the legislation, including the definition of full-time employees. "Our focus right now is on recreating that sense of urgency," IFA Vice President Matt Haller said.
