Former New Jersey Gov. Thomas Kean is calling on lawmakers to honor the late Sen. Frank Lautenberg, D-N.J., by passing his pending bipartisan bill to reform the Toxic Substances Control Act. He notes many chemical industry firms support the Lautenberg-Vitter bill.
