Mobile banking expected to surge in Middle East, Africa in next 4 years

The number of people banking via mobile device in the Middle East and Africa is expected to increase during the next four years, topping 80 million by 2017. Juniper Research reports that there were 11.9 million mobile transactions of all sorts in the region last year, a figure that's likely to grow to 71.9 million by 2017.
