Repeat application of herbicide to eradicate Bermuda grass

The growth of Bermuda grass in a lawn can best be curtailed with repeated applications of general weed killers, writes Steve Boehme, a nursery owner in Ohio. Another option is using a weed killer that specifically targets Bermuda grass, with one application in July and another in August. After the reapplication, sow new grass seed on the lawn, Boehme advises.
