SNA conference draws more than 7,000 school nutrition professionals

The School Nutrition Association's 67th Annual National Conference, taking place in Kansas City, Mo., this week, is drawing more than 7,000 participants interested in learning more about making school meals more nutritious and appealing to students. Those attending the conference have the opportunity to sample food from vendors and participate in educational sessions focused on best practices and federal rules for school meals.
