U.K. fraud authority steps up Libor investigation

The U.K. Serious Fraud Office has charged Terry Farr and James Gilmour, former brokers at RP Martin Holdings, with conspiracy to defraud as part of an investigation into manipulation of the London Interbank Offered Rate. The office arrested the two, the first brokers to be charged in the matter, in December.
