U.S. isn't meeting organic demand

As U.S. demand for organic products outstrips supply, food-makers are buying commodities overseas to feed animals that produce organic dairy or meat. Organic soybeans imported from China and India are expected to pass $100 million this year, but some companies are focusing on boosting supply at home instead.
