Visual aids make client interaction personal

A recent study found that radiologists do a more thorough job of analyzing scans of patients they've never met once they've seen a photograph of the patient. Michael Kitces writes that the same effect can benefit financial planners in their interactions with clients. He points out that in this era of phone calls and e-mails, it has become more important to use such tools to put a face on the adviser-client relationship.
