Women, men don't necessarily want more work responsibilities

Many women and men don't want to take on additional duties at work. In 2008, only 37% of women and 44% of men said they wanted additional job responsibilities, the Families and Work Institute found. The urge to take on more responsibilities at work tends to wane in the mid-to-late 20s for women and men and further decline from there.
