Develop a matrix to simplify responsive-design testing

Developers have more than 15 browsers and dozens of screens they must test to ensure effective responsive design. Tom Maslen advises selecting a narrow set of devices and browsers representative of the market. The matrix of chosen screens should represent the age and affluence of the site's target audience, as well as when users are most likely to engage, he adds.
