When a website redesign isn't worth the trouble

Websites such as Craigslist, Drudge Report and Amazon have done little to improve their text-heavy site designs over the years, mainly because the formats they continue to work. Don't be tempted by a redesign if the current design is popular with users, has plenty of flexibility or is part of your brand image, writes Jill Krasny.
