Bissinger's chocolate offers something extra

Bissinger's Handcrafted Chocolatier, which got its start in France about 350 years ago, has gotten inventive to keep its chocolates in demand. The company offers sugarplums and porcini mushroom truffles, for example. Chief chocolatier Terry Wakefield says dark chocolate has a strong satiety factor and can aid in weight loss.
