Fed: Economy rebounding, but not unemployment figures

The Federal Reserve said the economy is showing signs of regaining its health, but it doesn't foresee a recovery in unemployment figures for several years. Unemployment is expected to reach 9.8% to 10.1% by the end of 2009 and will remain above 9% through 2010, dropping slightly by 2011. The Fed estimates that a full recovery may take as long as five years.
