LSE chief wants to expand into corporate bonds

Xavier Rolet, CEO of the London Stock Exchange, will unveil his strategy for the 300-year-old bourse in September. Rolet is looking into services by the LSE that would allow the trading of corporate bonds. "If you look at the UK corporate-bond market, it's very difficult for many investors to get in," Rolet said. "We're considering rolling out [trading] to other countries, including the UK, based on demand."
