Congress urged to give EPA more power over chemical dispersants

Lisa Jackson, administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, is calling on Congress to bolster the EPA's power over chemical dispersants -- a reaction to the massive oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. The agency is asking for legislation that "would give us critical transparency and openness protections that right now EPA cannot provide by law," Jackson said.
