Primaris REIT plans to acquire Ontario shopping center for $160 million

Primaris Retail REIT in Toronto plans to acquire the Cataraqui Town Centre in Kingston, Ontario, for $160 million. The shopping center is being sold by Cadillac Fairview, which is owned by the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, and Ivanhoe Cambridge, a division of the Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec.
