Chrome 29 features APIs for better sound, video communication

Google is releasing a beta version of the Chrome 29 browser for desktop and Android mobile devices, Frederick Lardinois writes. Features include a Web Audio application programming interface for audio processing and synthesis as well as the real-time communications API WebRTC, to plug-in free video and audio.
