Community program helps curb impulsiveness in teens

High-school students who participated in a community-based biophysical program had lower scores in impulsive behavior than those who did not use the program, according to a recent study. The program, which focused on healthy behaviors and mind/body improvement, also may help to reduce the incidence of substance abuse among teens, researchers said.
