Former HR exec sues Johnson & Johnson

Francine Parham, former vice president of human resources at Johnson & Johnson, is suing the consumer-goods giant, saying she was denied a promotion and pushed out of the company because she is black. The lawsuit also says Parham was punished for speaking out against the company's "corporate culture of discrimination." The company has denied the claims, citing its diversity programs.
