Governor says N.H. does not need end-of-life study committee

New Hampshire Gov. Maggie Hassan vetoed a bill to create a committee to study end-of-life decisions, saying there was no need for it. Hassan said New Hampshire has consulted with physicians, patients and patient advocates and passed a law allowing advance directives.
