Investments in freight rail, HSR part of Mexico's $100B plan

Freight rail development projects and high-speed rail are part of Mexico's plans for an estimated $100 billion investment program. "Mexico can be the great logistics platform for Latin America," said Gerardo Ruiz Esparza, transportation secretary for Mexico. "We have to create significant savings in the time and cost of transporting goods."
