UN Women Protection Advisers take on sexual violence in conflict areas

The United Nations is launching a Women Protection Advisers program to prevent sexual violence from occurring in conflict areas. WPAs are being deployed with peacekeepers in Central African Republic, Cote d'Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Mali, Somalia and South Sudan.
