What employers need to know about the NLRB's poster rule

Two federal appeals courts have struck down a rule from the National Labor Relations Board that sought to require employers to display a notice in a prominent location stating the rights of workers to join a union. The NLRB is reviewing the decisions and says employers should take no action at this time.
