Summer session lets educators see STEM studies in action

North Carolina teachers and professors are touring seven businesses this summer in East Carolina University's Math & Science Partnership Grant program. The initiative demonstrates local workplace applications of science, technology, engineering and math studies. "It's opened my eyes a lot and I can take it back into the classroom," math teacher Nicolette Morgan said.
