Australian truffles ruffle U.S. fine-dining scene

U.S. chefs not used to preparing truffles during the North American summer are snapping up a prize from Down Under -- the West Australian-grown black truffle. "You have to re-think your summer menu to use black truffles because you usually associate them with winter," said Dan Silverman, chef at Lever House in Manhattan, N.Y.
