Canadian summer camp nurtures children with special needs

A Canadian summer camp supported by the Fresh Air Fund and a Toronto children's mental health center lets children with behavioral, emotional and social disabilities be themselves. Camp staffers have found it's a way for children to have fun and feel comfortable. "The whole focus of the camp is to improve their social skills, build confidence and self-esteem," says Karen Gordon, the camp's director.
