Chocolatier lowers calories, boosts flavors

London-based chocolatier Aneesh Popat has created a lower-calorie chocolate by mixing cocoa with water instead of butter and cream. He uses high-quality cocoa and adds flavors such as fennel and rose to create a "purer" chocolate that leaves no residue on the tongue.
