Cincinnati retail center sells for $30M

The 400,000-square-foot Colerain Towne Centre in Cincinnati has been sold for $30 million to a private real estate company, Rubenstein Real Estate. Colerain anchor stores include a Wal-Mart Supercenter, Hobby Lobby and Dick's Sporting Goods. The previous owner, Kimco Realty, purchased the property in 2000 for $26.5 million.
