Ill. district sets limits on teachers' electronic communication

An Illinois school district adopted a policy Monday that establishes guidelines for employees using social media or other electronic communication. Under the policy, school employees are advised to make their social media accounts private, not post identifying information online about students and use school e-mail accounts for professional purposes only.
