KFC eleven keeps recipe but leaves Colonel behind

KFC's new fast-casual KFC eleven concept takes its name from the 11 herbs and spices in Col. Harland Sanders original recipe, but the founder's image is conspicuously absent in the new store's decor. The eatery aims to bring back customers who have decamped for fast-casual rivals with healthier menus that include salads and flatbread sandwiches.
