Landmarks Commission signs off on Wrigley Field sign plan

The Chicago Landmarks Commission voted, 6-0, to approve the Chicago Cubs' plan to put up a giant video board and oversize ad sign above the outfield walls of Wrigley Field. The decision clears the way for the city's planning commission and council to consider the team's $500 million plan to renovate the 99-year-old stadium and redevelop nearby land with a hotel and office-retail complex.
