The roll out of WestJet's Plus service, which includes extra legroom and other fee-based amenities, hasn't gone so smoothly according to senior managers at the airline. Flight attendants are concerned about exit-aisle seats because they are a challenge for serving food and drink as well as priority boarding. The exit-row seats will now be designated for a pre-reserved seating plan instead of the Plus service. "The products have not been well received by either WestJet's guests or its employees," said Ben Cherniavsky, an analyst.
