To succeed at BYOD, take the time to develop a strategy

By now, most enterprises already recognize the benefits of bring-your-own-device, and those that don't know it's only a matter of time before they too will make the transition. But getting BYOD right involves more strategic thinking than deciding what devices to allow. Polls show that less than a quarter of business leaders are completely satisfied with their BYOD strategy, and analysts say the problem is most often a lack of clear and measurable processes for where and how BYOD can be most effective.
