Survey: Financial advisers stay away from life insurance

More than half of financial advisers don't consider managing customers' life insurance a successful route because of the number and complexity of plans and the paperwork they come with, according to a survey by Saybrus Partners. "Though most advisers work to incorporate life insurance into their clients' financial plans, they are not as successful as they could be," said Kevin Kimbrough, national sales manager for Saybrus Partners.
