Zocalo launches brand advocate management tool

Word-of-mouth-marketing agency Zocalo Group is introducing a platform called FanRally to help businesses identify and engage with their biggest brand advocates. The program utilizes customer data from social media and third-party vendors to identify advocates and sends out invites. Participants can earn reward points, sneak previews and special offers for creating feedback, sharing and recommending products.
