Search ad spend is on the rise, Adobe finds

Google's new design for search ads seems to be working, with click-thru rates rising 20% in the second quarter from the quarter prior, according to an Adobe study. Click growth was found to be the largest contributor to a 9% growth in U.S.-based search ad spending over the past year. By year's end, Adobe projects that year-over-year growth in this category will exceed 10%.
