Internet adoption by U.S. Hispanics spiking

According to the findings of the third annual AOL/Roper Hispanic Cyberstudy, 14% of Hispanic consumers have installed a home Internet connection in the last six months, compared to 7% for the general population. Hispanic consumers report a slightly higher rate of broadband connectivity than the general population and spend more time online -- 9.2 hours online at home per week for Hispanics compared to 8.5 hours for the general population.
