Eli Lilly takes greater role in medication instruction

Eli Lilly has created a network of nearly 1,000 nurses and medical professionals around the country to provide free instruction to patients on how to use its insulin and two other injectable products. Some health professionals are questioning that role, however, saying the pharmaceutical companies are moving into the role of the medical provider.
