Gay blood donation ban lifting in France, Russia

Gay men in France and Russia may soon be able to donate blood. The French minister of health announced his country's blood donation ban would soon end, according to a published report, but the Russian announcement was made by a gay rights group in Moscow and was not confirmed by the government.
