Chefs say goodbye to small plates

Some chefs are tiring of the small-plate trend -- meant to let diners share appetizer-sized meals -- and have started focusing on entrees again. Mark Gordon at Terzo added large plates to his menu last year so he could begin offering a more traditional dining experience.
