T-Mobile CTO lobbies FCC over plan for free Web

T-Mobile USA brought in its top corporate technical executive to ask the FCC to change its mind about a plan that would require the winning bidders for wireless spectrum to provide free Internet service. "We're asking the FCC essentially to slow down and give the industry some time to do some testing," said T-Mobile Chief Technology and Innovation Officer Cole Brodman.
