How schools can improve technology use in the classroom

Blogs, podcasts, wikis and other Web 2.0 technology can improve students' writing and thinking abilities, according to a recent report by the National Writing Project and the College Board. To improve learning, the groups recommend that: all students have individual access to computers and mobile technology, teachers be properly trained in classroom technology, and districts adopt complete policies on technology.
