New York City Hall will have to cease operations for at least a year as workers make repairs on the building's roof, ceilings and other faulty areas. Some of the bigger issues with the 200-year-old landmark are rotting trusses and faulty wiring. "It has to be done. It's amazing no one's been hurt or there hasn't been a fire," said Philip Kelly, the city official overseeing the project.
