Report questions students' grasp of technology

A report by the Education Development Center questions whether today's high-school students know enough about technology to be adequately prepared for college and careers. The authors of the report suggest that students be better trained in technology skills needed for the 21st-century workplace and that technology be used to individualize learning and help students take ownership of their education.
