AT&T CEO Randall Stephenson declined Tuesday to discuss rampant speculation that the carrier will soon begin charging iPhone users to access the FaceTime video chat service because of its massive bandwidth consumption. "It's too early. We're working with Apple right now to work out stabilizing -- it's too early to talk about pricing," he said at an industry event. At the same event, Stephenson said the carrier was turning its attention to smaller, less populated areas after shoring up its network in much of the country, but he warned of continued huge growth in data traffic.
