Aflac report finds more companies offer wellness benefits

Survey data showed 44% of companies are offering some type of wellness option this year, up from 30% in 2011, according to the 2013 Aflac WorkForces Report. Large companies are more likely to have wellness programs, and employers considered to be among the "best companies to work for" are more likely to offer fitness centers, subsidies for off-site fitness center memberships and wellness incentives.
