Are employers turning more to social media to find candidates?

Job seekers should invest more time in their social profiles, advises LinkedIn strategist Brianne Shally. A survey by the social media company shows more recruiters are using social media to recruit employees. Internet job boards are still the top way companies recruit, but the number using professional social networks is on the rise, the findings show.
