Bahamas is working to resolve tax issue, tourism official says

A tourism official in the Bahamas said the country is working with airlines to resolve a proposed increase in aviation taxes. "We feel we’ll be able to work through this," said David Johnson, director-general of tourism for the island nation. Airlines for America warned the Bahamas that U.S. airlines could reduce service if taxes are raised.
