Ban lauds Panama on interception of N. Korea missile shipment

United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon praised Panama's capture of a North Korean vessel loaded with weapons from Cuba. The UN sanctions committee will investigate whether the shipment violates an arms ban placed on North Korea. North Korea says the shipment doesn't violate the sanctions, writes Rick Gladstone.
